Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mywbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the mywbet platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use mywbet.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By creating a mywbet Account or using the mywbet platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the mywbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules applicable to individual products on the platform.

2.3 These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3.4 Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of mywbet and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a player Account or participate in games and promotions on mywbet.
4.1 To access mywbet's services, you must register a single Account. One Account per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted. Operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify mywbet promptly of any changes to your registered details via the Account settings page or by contacting customer support.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mywbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.4 mywbet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where mywbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account.
4.5 Account registration and use of mywbet is strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not operate an Account on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial betting syndicate without mywbet's prior written consent.
5.1 mywbet accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform from time to time, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
5.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including other persons' bank accounts, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency wallets — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
5.3 mywbet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside mywbet's control.
5.4 Funds deposited into your mywbet Wallet are not interest-bearing. mywbet maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. mywbet may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the mywbet Account. mywbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are within one (1) business day following KYC approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
6.4 mywbet reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount. Details of current minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the banking section of the platform.
6.5 Where mywbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with a withdrawal request, mywbet may delay or withhold processing pending investigation. mywbet will notify the Player of any such delay within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 mywbet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before withdrawal of any winnings derived from Bonus Funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
7.3 mywbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where mywbet determines that a Player has exploited a promotion in bad faith — including through bonus abuse, use of multiple Accounts, or any other prohibited method — mywbet may void associated winnings and deduct Bonus Funds from the Wallet.
7.4 Bonuses and promotional offers are intended for recreational Players. Professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, and syndicates are excluded from promotions at mywbet's sole discretion.
8.1 All bets placed on mywbet are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible from within each game lobby or betting interface on the platform.
8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by mywbet, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where mywbet exercises its right to void bets under Clause 8.3.
8.3 mywbet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within the applicable window; (c) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement; or (d) mywbet has reasonable grounds to suspect the bet formed part of a prohibited betting pattern.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on mywbet. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by mywbet for individual Accounts without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mywbet. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the mywbet platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, game content, and data — is the property of mywbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mywbet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any mywbet content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mywbet shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of data or profits; (c) service interruptions, technical failures, or delays beyond mywbet's reasonable control.
11.2 mywbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 mywbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
12.1 mywbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using mywbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 mywbet may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with its anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance obligations.
13.1 mywbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their Account settings.
13.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting mywbet customer support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation.
13.3 mywbet will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to reactivate their Account before the self-exclusion period has expired. Reopening a self-excluded Account requires a formal cooling-off review period.
13.4 mywbet does not permit Players under 21 years of age to access the platform. Age verification checks are conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time during a Player's membership.
14.1 mywbet may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mywbet will provide reasonable prior notice via the platform or by email to the registered address. Your continued use of mywbet following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 The version of the Terms in force at the time you place a bet or make a deposit will govern your rights and obligations in respect of that transaction.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of mywbet's operating licence.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of mywbet, you agree to first contact mywbet customer support to seek an informal resolution. mywbet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
15.3 Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by mywbet's licensing authority.
